Terms & Conditions
1. Proposed Agreement
Onsite Helper will complete a proof of concept (POC) to evaluate Google Chrome Enterprise. This POC will primarily leverage devices running the Chrome Operating System (Chrome OS) and management capabilities provided by Chrome Enterprise Upgrade.
2. Evaluation Period
The duration of the overall POC is expected to take no more than 14 days.
3. Services
3.1 The purpose of the POC is to prove that Chrome Enterprise is a suitable solution to the business need. It is not intended that the POC will represent the final production deployment.
3.2 The architecture and configuration of the environment used during the POC will be customised based on the findings from the previously completed technical discovery and the agreed-upon scope.
4. Timelines and Activities
The PoC will run for a duration of 14 days, following a 3-phase approach and the following activities will be completed:
4.1 Project Kick-off and Setup – Complete discovery, clarify business drivers, and pain points. Identify potential PoC use cases and technical configuration.
4.2 End-User Testing – Validate platform for PoC use cases, gathering end-user feedback and responding. Feedback will be given by Customer through a Google Forms survey after Day 7.
4.3 PoC Evaluation – Evaluate PoC based on success criteria. Document findings and recommendations. Customer to record video of their experience in using the new machine.
5. Pricing and Fees
5.1 No fees will be charged in connection with the PoC.
5.2 Delivery of the work will be performed according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
5.3 Should the PoC activities finish, [Customer] has the option to purchase the hardware at an agreed discounted price. Otherwise, Onsite Helper will arrange pick up of the unit if customer:
5.3.1 Prefers to purchase a new machine to use, or
5.3.2 Will not proceed with any purchase.
5.4 Customer is liable for any hardware damages, while in their possession during the project, and shall incur a charge equivalent to the total unit cost.
6. General Provisions
6.1 The POC will be facilitated by Onsite Helper together with the Customer.
6.2 All work for this project will be completed remotely. For remote meetings, we will use Google Meet.
6.3 Onsite Helper will work with the Customer to achieve the best and most cost-effective use of time and resources.
6.4 Details of the specific activities are listed in the Activities section.
6.5 Onsite Helper and the Customer will agree on which functional and technical requirements are in scope for the POC during the project kick-off.
6.6 This agreement can be amended only by writing signed by both parties.
6.7 This Agreement may not be assigned by either party without the consent of the other party.
